Knutson et al 2020 Tropical Cyclone Projections Baseline Conversion Codes v03

#  The 3 codes do the same thing, but in different languages
#  They include (actually hard-wired into the code) the raw data used to create Figs 1b, 2b, 3b and 4b in that paper
#  They also include (again, hard-wired into the code) GMST data (historical and CMIP5 simulated)
#  They combine these two data sets to produce TC projections for any historical baseline
