This specification describes a data delivery standard for time series data. It is used within the Heliophysics community, but is generic in that it offers a very simple interface for serving data, similar to what many providers are already using. This version of the specification has a few changes from the previous version - see the update list at the beginning. There are various Github projects providing software implementing server and client elements that use the standard.
