fiducial.tar.xz contains the MESA work directories and output for the evolution of the model described in Sec. 3, one for the evolution in a binary, and one after detachment to finish the main sequence of the accreting star.

single_stars.tar.xz contains rotating single star models labeled according to their initial mass, and for each mass non-rotating (no-rot) and rotating models (labelled based on the initial omega/omega_crit) are provided.

The other tarballs contain structures similar to best_model.tar.gz with parameter variations (see Sec. 6 and README.org).

All parameter variations described in the paper can be obtained by modifying one (or more) parameters from the input files contained in these folders.
