In de tussengelegen eeuw gebeurde er veel: van economische crises tot de Tweede Wereldoorlog, van de verzuiling tot de komst van internet. Vele vernieuwingen, wetten, adviezen en convenanten volgden elkaar op en vormden het stelsel dat we nu kennen. Een stelsel dat aan het begin staat van een nieuwe fase in het bibliotheekbeleid.&lt;/p&gt;</dct:description>
