    <subfield code="a">&lt;p&gt;A evid&amp;ecirc;ncia cient&amp;iacute;fica mostra perdas significativas&amp;nbsp;de aprendizagens, particularmente nos alunos mais jovens e de fam&amp;iacute;lias mais desfavorecidas durante os per&amp;iacute;odos de ensino a dist&amp;acirc;ncia devidos &amp;agrave; pandemia covid-19. V&amp;aacute;rios pa&amp;iacute;ses propuseram, ou come&amp;ccedil;aram j&amp;aacute; a implementar,&amp;nbsp;medidas extraordin&amp;aacute;rias&amp;nbsp;para mitigar estes efeitos, incluindo programas de tutorias, escolas de ver&amp;atilde;o, prolongamento de hor&amp;aacute;rios letivos e fornecimento de recursos inform&amp;aacute;ticos. Este documento prop&amp;otilde;e&amp;nbsp;duas medidas&amp;nbsp;imediatas, efetivas e tempor&amp;aacute;rias,&amp;nbsp;j&amp;aacute; testadas em outros sistemas de ensino e adaptadas ao sistema Portugu&amp;ecirc;s: programas de tutoria e escolas de ver&amp;atilde;o. Os&amp;nbsp;programas de tutoria&amp;nbsp;a Portugu&amp;ecirc;s e Matem&amp;aacute;tica incidem sobre os alunos do ensino b&amp;aacute;sico, e envolvem 2 sess&amp;otilde;es semanais, integradas em hor&amp;aacute;rio escolar, em grupos de 3 a 5 alunos. Dependendo dos cen&amp;aacute;rios, estima-se que entre&amp;nbsp;125 e 380 mil alunos&amp;nbsp;possam estar envolvidos em Portugu&amp;ecirc;s e entre&amp;nbsp;273 e 528 mil&amp;nbsp;a Matem&amp;aacute;tica. Os custos anuais por aluno variam de &amp;euro;422 a &amp;euro;704 euros. As&amp;nbsp;escolas de ver&amp;atilde;o, com dura&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de 4 semanas, podem envolver entre&amp;nbsp;251 e 331 mil alunos&amp;nbsp;do 1.&amp;ordm; e 2.&amp;ordm; ciclo, com um custo total de &amp;euro;42 a &amp;euro;55 milh&amp;otilde;es de euros&amp;nbsp;e um custo por aluno de &amp;euro;166. Este investimento tem um&amp;nbsp;retorno muito elevado, considerando o sal&amp;aacute;rio mediano em Portugal em 2019 e estimativas conservadoras para a sua progress&amp;atilde;o e atualiza&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o ao longo dos pr&amp;oacute;ximos 40 anos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</subfield>
