  "abstract": "<p>Drosophila pupa notum, captured with a laser-scanning confocal&nbsp;microscope (LSM 880, Zeiss). Pixel size 0.188 &micro;m, z step 1 &micro;m.</p>\n\n<p>This dataset&nbsp; also contains the parameters to generate the reference surface and local projection, also included. It is meant to be used with the Fiji plugin called &#39;LocalZProjector&#39;:&nbsp;<a href=\"https://gitlab.pasteur.fr/iah-public/localzprojector\">https://gitlab.pasteur.fr/iah-public/localzprojector</a>.
