Description
To evaluate the level of healthy lifestyle and identify the relationship with socio-demographic charactertics among persons with White-Collar Workers. Because their susceptibility to diseases increases due to the responsibilities imposed on them, long-term professional pressures, and work stress that leads to an unhealthy lifestyle. The aim of this study is to evaluate the healthy lifestyle of people working in White-Collar Workers.
