swarm-lab/trackR: Beta release of trackR 0.5

This is a major upgrade to trackR:

• Brand new GUI with (hopefully) more intuitive controls.
• New app to fix moderate camera movement and light variations.
• New multi-channel segmentation algorithm.
• New separation algorithm based on cross-entropy clustering.
• New automated tracking parameter optimization.
• trackFixer can now handle merging tracks.
• More info in the output file.
• More advanced trackPlayer app with the possibility to overlay information on the video.
• Better performances? (maybe)
• Dropping of certain segmentation algorithms. May bring them back in a later update.
