This is a change log that records an event in time and not the current status of a journal. 
It is possible that a journal title may appear multiple times. 
For journals added the change log showing journals added to DOAJ from 19th March 2014.
Journals removed because they failed to resumbit is a separate category and hence have no other reason indicated for being removed. These were removed from DOAJ on Monday 9th May 2016. These journals were removed because the publisher failed to submit a valid reapplication within the given time frame.
A journal may be removed from DOAJ for the following reasons: Journal is no longer Open Access; Inactive (has not published in the last calendar year); Has not published enough articles this calendar year; Ceased publishing; Web site URL no longer works; Suspected editorial misconduct by publisher; Journal not adhering to Best practice; Changed publisher but hasn't supplied new URLs/site				

Variables with description:
mutation_type - added variable with indication of whether a journal was added, removed, or removed because it failed to resubmit the application; those three types are three separate lists in the original data
journal_title - title of the journal
ISSN - ISSN journal number
e-ISSN - electronic ISSN journal number; this separate ISSN-information is only available for journals removed because they failed to resumbit
p-ISSN - print ISSN journal number; this separate ISSN-information is only available for journals removed because they failed to resumbit
date_of_mutation - data of change in DOAJ
year - year of change in DOAJ
removal_reason - reason for removal: only for journals removed
