    "description": "<p><strong>RESUMEN</strong></p>\n\n<p>El lipoblastoma es un tumor benigno de tejido adiposo caracter&iacute;stico de la edad pedi&aacute;trica. Su localizaci&oacute;n m&aacute;s frecuente es en extremidades, aunque se ha descrito en diferentes sitios. La presentaci&oacute;n abdominal representa alrededor de un 7%, siendo la localizaci&oacute;n en mesenterio poco habitual. Se presenta el caso de un preescolar femenino de 2 a&ntilde;os 3 meses de edad con diagn&oacute;stico anatomopatol&oacute;gico de lipoblastoma en mesenterio.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p>\n\n<p>Lipoblastoma is a benign tumor of adipose tissue characteristic of pediatric age. Its most frequent location is in the extremities, although it has been described in different places. The abdominal presentation represents around 7%, being the location in the mesentery unusual. We present the case of a 2-year-3-month-old female preschool with a pathological diagnosis of lipoblastoma in the mesentery.</p>",
