ABSTRACT

Lipoblastoma is a benign tumor of adipose tissue characteristic of pediatric age. Its most frequent location is in the extremities, although it has been described in different places. The abdominal presentation represents around 7%, being the location in the mesentery unusual. We present the case of a 2-year-3-month-old female preschool with a pathological diagnosis of lipoblastoma in the mesentery.
