Addendum to the ASNC/AHA/ASE/EANM/HFSA/ISA/SCMR/SNMMI Expert Consensus Recommendations for Multimodality Imaging in Cardiac Amyloidosis (Part 1 - Evidence Base and Standardized Imaging Methods). This addendum updates the document reviewer list and provides updates to clarify use of the Heart:Contralateral Lung (H/CL) ratio, SPECT imaging, and AL lab testing. Technical parameters such as optimal imaging time are updated.
