Type deposition. ZMMU (syntypes).

Type data. Ex Rhizomys pruinosus, Leopoldamys edwardsi [syn. Rattus edwardsi camphaensis D. Tien (nomen nudum)], Rattus tanezumi (syn. Rattus rattus khyensis), and Tupaia sp., North Vietnam.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Bandicota bengalensis, B. indica, Berylmys berdmorei, B. bowersi, Cannomys badius, Leopoldamys edwardsi, Maxomys surifer, Menetes berdmorei, Niviventer fulvescens, N. niviventer, Rattus andamanensis, R. norvegicus, R. rattus, R. tanezumi, Rhizomys pruinosus; SORICOMORPHA: Crocidura horsfieldi, Suncus murinus; ERINACEOMORPHA: Hylomys suillus; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis; CARNIVORA: Herpestes urva, Paradoxurus hermaphroditus.

Distribution. Thailand, Vietnam.
