EOSC within National Strategies for Digital Skills: Landscape Report

The report is the first deliverable of the study assigned by EOSC Secretariat, entitled: EOSC WITHIN NATIONAL STRATEGIES FOR DIGITAL SKILLS.
The main objective of the report is the provision of an overview of the current situation in relation to national Digital Skills Initiatives in Europe. The analysis targeted an extended area of these initiatives, far beyond EOSC or the research sector related mapping and lied on the findings for 9 selected Member States/ Associated countries in order to provide insights on the initiatives undertaken in the field and to serve as a baseline for performing a gap analysis on the SRIA priorities. The mapping included a review and analysis of national Digital skills policies, strategies, governance models, initiatives, certification /accreditation / competence frameworks, as well as of relative digital skills interventions in the areas of Research, Data, and Open Science. The report also includes brief country reports and factsheets for each of the selected nine countries.
