- WFH-Survey.pdf has the survey instrument that was used to understand how software developers in a large company were being affected by WFH during COVID-19 .
- WFH-SurveyCodeBook.xlsx is the codebook that was used for the qualitative content analysis coding of survey responses.
- Team-Survey.pdf is the survey instrument that was used in a follow up survey to understand specific experiences that relate to social connectedness and quality of communication within teams and their impact on team productivity
