hgsc_subtypes: Updating subtype reproducibility analyses

This release adds cophenetic correlation coefficient analyses to the NMF scripts to output supplemental figures used to describe the HGSC subtyping reproducibility of the findings reported by Tothill et al., TCGA, and Konecny et al.
