    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;La conca de la Tordera és una conca fluvial petita, rica en patrimoni natural i de gran importància geoestratègica per al desenvolupament socioeconòmic de Catalunya. Els impactes del canvi global en aquest territori podrien tenir un relleu especial, amb efectes que podrien estendre’s, més enllà del nivell local, a tot Catalunya pel paper crucial que té la conca en la connexió entre el nord i el sud del Principat. L’elaboració del Pla d’Adaptació de la Conca complementa la normativa existent aplicable a aquest territori pel que fa a la planificació de la gestió urbanística, agrícola, de l’aigua i forestal.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
