Survey methods to measure professional learning's impact

Surveys are one of the most common tools available to measure the impacts of professional learning, but haphazard survey design can render their data inaccurate or misleading. This session focuses on best practices for designing a survey using Guskey’s model of PL effectiveness, presenting a validated measure of knowledge, skills and attitudes changed by professional learning. Participants will leave with an itemized set of outcomes to focus their own surveys.
