The researchaims to provide a point of view on the best business management practices under the conditions of Industry 4.0. The management of the company under the new information technologies receives a new acceptance from the theoretical and practical point of view. The promotion of innovations, lifelong learning, and continuous improvement of the employees are the main objectives of a modern management, which will facilitate the company to correspond to the pace of Industry 4.0. This paper is one of the attempts to draw attention to the important role of management practices in Industry 4.0.
