	&lt;li&gt;articles are not reviewed and the publisher is not responsible for the content and style of publications,&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;the author pays for the publication,&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;the journal is registered in the iInternational classifications of books (ISBN) and journals (ISSN), identified by the DOI code, transmitted and registered in the national libraries of Russia, Israel, the United States. This ensures the priority and copyrights of the author of the article.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;the commercial rights of the author of the article are reserved for the author,&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;the magazine is published in the USA,&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;printed magazine is sold, and in electronic form is distributed free of charge.&lt;/li&gt;
