We establish the definition and demarcations for human enhancement that will be used in subsequent SIENNA research on human enhancement, as well as discuss the field in terms of background, positions, and challenges. The report also includes a review of present and expected applications as well as a socio-economic impact assessment. Our conclusion summarises our findings and offers recommendations for how we will proceed with subsequent SIENNA work on human enhancement.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
