Visualizing trends in large-scale environmental data

Dataset and function codes for visualisation of trends in multiple series. A bug was fixed for the function plot_individual_trend() compared to v1.0.

The dataset 'Vdr 88-17 ANC300.txt' contains water chemistry data for the years 1988 to 2017 for 37 soft water rivers in Sweden. 

The file 'sourcecode_screening2020.R' contains the main functions used for visualising trends, among others

• screening plots, to indicate when significant trends are observed in multiple stations
• proportion plots to summarize information from screening plots
• plots for magnitudes of trends in relation to a reference value per station
