Statistically modeling optical linewidths of nitrogen vacancy centers in microstructures

Description

Data_description.txt describes the uploaded data.

Data_1.xlsx and Data_2.xlsx contain the two data sets presented in the paper.

Gaussian_xN_Func_ResEx.m, LogNormalFit.m, peakfinder.m, PostMuVals.m, PostOptMixture.m, PostPredict.m, PostSampling.m, and probseval.m are Matlab code used to analyze and fit the data.
