P53 is an important factor in downregulation of coronavirus replication, with reduction of Sirtuin 1 SIRT1. Tenovin-1 is a small molecule that inhibits SIRT1 and 2, and activates p53, protecting it against MDM-2 mediated degradation, which involves ubiquitination.</p>",
