    <dct:description>&lt;p&gt;The database contains 375 electric field waveforms recorded by CEA during the ECLAIR campaign from October 2012 to June 2013 which are caused by superbolt flashes.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Each waveform is written in an ASCII file which name is the triggering date of the flash.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Inside each file, there is four header lines followed by the data:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;blockquote&gt; &lt;p&gt;Triggering time (UTC): 2012-12-10 11:33:35.325&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Column 1: Relative time to the triggering time (ms)&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Column 2: Electric field (V/m)&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;=======================================&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;-5.00001 0.00001&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;...&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/blockquote&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</dct:description>
