"abstract": "<p>The database contains 375 electric field waveforms recorded by CEA during the ECLAIR campaign from October 2012 to June 2013 which are caused by superbolt flashes.</p>\n\n<p>Each waveform is written in an ASCII file which name is the triggering date of the flash.</p>\n\n<p>Inside each file, there is four header lines followed by the data:</p>\n\n<blockquote>\n<p>Triggering time (UTC): 2012-12-10 11:33:35.325</p>\n\n<p>Column 1: Relative time to the triggering time (ms)</p>\n\n<p>Column 2: Electric field (V/m)</p>\n\n<p>=======================================</p>\n\n<p>-5.00001 0.00001</p>\n\n<p>...</p>\n</blockquote>\n\n<p> </p>",
