Further details on the compilation and analysis of this dataseta can be found in the manuscript "Overview of intentionally used food contact chemicals and their hazards," by Ksenia J. Groh, Birgit Geueke, Olwenn Martin, Maricel Maffini, and Jane Muncke, recently accepted and soon to be published by Environmental International. Upon the manuscript publication, a slightly updated database version will be uploaded as well.
