&lt;p&gt;The problem configuration as well as parameter setting are conducted in &lt;code&gt;problem_config.m&lt;/code&gt;, and can be saved to be re-used in repetitive computation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A variety of optimization methods along with their specifications can be modified for both upper and lower level problems in &lt;code&gt;lowerOptimize.m&lt;/code&gt;&amp;nbsp;and &lt;code&gt;upperOptimize.m&lt;/code&gt;, respectively&lt;/p&gt;</description>
