Presents and overview of wood modification activities and uses in Slovenia.

 

As of early 2018, Slovenia has two main providers of thermally modified wood. One company developed its own process while the other firm provides treatment. In addition to Slovenia’s wood modification industry, researchers in the country are deeply involved in various aspects of wood modification, including gather user perspective and investigating case studies of the use of modified wood.
