Las prácticas pedagógicas feministas: análisis del tratamiento de reinserción social de la comunidad especializada de tratamiento para mujeres de la Ciudad de México

  "description": "<p><strong>RESUMEN</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>Introducci&oacute;n</strong>: La Comunidad de Tratamiento Especializada para Mujeres (CM) brinda a las adolescentes internas un Plan Individualizado de Actividades que gu&iacute;a los procesos en internamiento; es una intervenci&oacute;n comunitaria que busca proteger los derechos humanos y favorecer la reinserci&oacute;n social y familiar; sin embargo, no considera las necesidades individuales y colectivas, ni implementa la mirada de g&eacute;nero, debido a que relega las vidas e historias de las mujeres/ni&ntilde;as llenas de dificultades, que han condicionado no s&oacute;lo su desarrollo integral, sino tambi&eacute;n la delincuencia.&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Metodolog&iacute;a</strong>: Se analiz&oacute; el tratamiento de reinserci&oacute;n social de la CM desde la perspectiva de la pedagog&iacute;a feminista. Se averigu&oacute; si las pr&aacute;cticas pedag&oacute;gicas implementan la perspectiva de g&eacute;nero en las actividades, pues esta permite entender los contextos en reclusi&oacute;n, reconocer las particularidades de las identidades femeninas, indagar las circunstancias que orillan a delinquir y, contribuir a la autonom&iacute;a y libertad.&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Resultados</strong>: El tratamiento de reinserci&oacute;n social es conservador debido a que no incluye una visi&oacute;n de g&eacute;nero en las actividades, pues reproduce la construcci&oacute;n de lo biol&oacute;gico y la divisi&oacute;n sexual del trabajo, inhabilitando la transformaci&oacute;n de las mentalidades.&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Conclusiones</strong>: Urge atender las pr&aacute;cticas pedag&oacute;gicas del internamiento en la CM, mediante el reconocimiento y replanteamiento de la pedagog&iacute;a en condiciones de reclusi&oacute;n femenina, porque al contrastar las situaciones sociales y culturales de subordinaci&oacute;n y reproducci&oacute;n de conductas que minimizan a las adolescentes con dicho tratamiento, este refuerza la condici&oacute;n de subordinaci&oacute;n femenil, evitando intervenir en los modos de hacer y pensar de las mujeres/ni&ntilde;as del mundo.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>Introduction</strong>: The Community of Specialized Treatment for Women (CM) provides the intern tennagers with an Individualized Plan of Activities that guides the processes of internment; It is a community intervention that supposedly seeks to protect human rights and favor social and family reintegration; but, does not take into consideration individual and collective needs nor does it implement a gender perspective. So, it relegates the lives and stories of women/girls full of complications that have conditioned not only their integral development, but also criminal acts.&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Methodology</strong>: The social reintegration treatment of the CM was analyzed from the perspective of feminist pedagogy. It was found out whether the pedagogical practices implement the gender perspective in the activities, since it offers understand the contexts in seclusion, recognizing the particularities of the feminine identities, investigating the circumstances that lead to delinquency and, contribute to autonomy and freedom.&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Results</strong>: The social reintegration treatment are conservative because it do not include a gender vision in the activities, it allow the construction of the biological and the sexual division of labor, disabling the mentalities transformation.&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Conclusions</strong>: It&rsquo;s urgent to address the pedagogical practices of internment in the CM through the recognition and rethinking of the role of pedagogy in conditions of female seclusion, when contrasting the social and cultural situations of subordination and reproduction of behaviors that minimize teenagers with this treatment, it turns out that this reinforces the female subordination condition, avoiding intervention in the ways of doing and thinking of the women/girls of the world.</p>",
