    <dct:description>&lt;p&gt;This dataset is part of the Monash, UEA &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;UCR time series regression repository.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://tseregression.org/"&gt;http://tseregression.org/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This dataset is created from the publicly available PPG-DaLiA dataset for PPG-based heart rate estimation.
