PsPM-SSNA_3 dataset

Repository Version: 2020.06.26

This dataset includes skin conductance response (SCR) for each of 4 healthy unmedicated participants (4 females, age range 24-49 years) in response to repeated stimulation of the peripheral median nerve with single impulses at successively increasing frequencies. Prior to the experiment, mepivacaine was delivered to induce axillary nerve blockade.

Data Files:
- Files holding physiological data and time markers, recorded on a tektronix oscilloscope.
  - Skin conductance (channel 1)
  - Median nerve stimulation (time stamps, channel 2)
  
The data file name is composed of:
- SSNA_3       	dataset name
- Tektronix	type of data recorded (see above)
- XX           	subject number
- Y            	session number

Data are stored as .mat files for use with MATLAB (The MathWorks Inc., Natick, USA) in a format readable by the PsPM toolbox (bachlab.org/pspm). All Matlab files are saved in MATLAB 9.7 (R2019b) format.
