In this video we present our working paper 'Vehemence and Victims: Using generic lexicons to investigate emotions in historical Dutch parliamentary debates on war victim legislation (1945-1990)'. In this presentation we briefly introduce the topic of investigation, relevant historiography, questions asked, methods used, and some preliminary findings.
