  <dc:description>Project ROMEO is an ambitious project with the aim of reducing the cost of offshore wind energy. The consortium is led by Iberdrola Renovables and it is configured by 12 partners across Europe, dealing with major players in the offshore wind industry. In this explanation the entire project is explained as well as the relationship and the coverage of the project that aims to build an IoT ecosystem from Wind Turbine improving diagnosis and prognosis, IT infraestructure and a better decision taking system covering also aspects as LCoE costs and impact assessment and embedding them into the system.</dc:description>
