Description

Interactive visualization of the comparison between the neoplastic cells and the neural cells. In order to visualize graphs, the Hipathia Bioconductor package must be installed (https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/hipathia.html). Then, the function visualize.pathways() must be used, specifying the path to supplementary data (the file “Supplementary Figure 5”) in your computer. The function invokes a local web server that provides the functionality of the HiPathia web application. The user can navigate across the pathways and focus on specific circuits that are up- or down-activated.
