<p>Here we publish a fork of MRTrix3 which implements the OpenIGTLink library in order to enable connections between OR equipment (i.e. cranial navigation appliances) and MRtrix3's viewer for 3D diffusion MRI data.</p>
<p>The current version implements real-time visualization of the position of surgical tools.</p>
