    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;Here we publish a fork of MRTrix3 which implements the&amp;nbsp;OpenIGTLink library in order to enable connections between OR equipment (i.e. cranial navigation appliances) and MRtrix3&amp;#39;s viewer for 3D diffusion MRI data.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The current version implements real-time visualization&amp;nbsp;of the position of surgical tools.&lt;/p&gt;
