The code for MRtrix3 is based on version 3.0_RC3_latest-66-g323bc8ac 64 bit release version, built Dec 11 2019 (https://github.com/MRtrix3/mrtrix3).

The code for R is based on RStudio Version 1.2.5019, with R version 3.6.1 (2019-07-05) -- "Action of the Toes", Copyright (C) 2019. The R Foundation for Statistical Computing. Platform: x86_64-apple-darwin15.6.0 (64-bit).
