&lt;p&gt;The code for MRtrix3 is based on version&amp;nbsp;3.0_RC3_latest-66-g323bc8ac&amp;nbsp;64 bit release version, built Dec 11 2019 (https://github.com/MRtrix3/mrtrix3).&lt;/p&gt;
