Model source codes, input data or scripts to generate input data, and run scripts to reproduce results of a manuscript entitled "The non-hydrostatic global atmospheric model for CMIP6 HighResMIP simulations (NICAM16-S): Experimental design, model description, and sensitivity experiments", which was submitted to Geoscientific Model Development.

This study was supported by the Environment Research and Technology Development Fund (2RF-1701) of the Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency of Japan (ERCA) and the Integrated Research Program for Advancing Climate Models (TOUGOU) and the FLAGSHIP2020 project within the priority study4, of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan.
