Division rate model for picoeukaryotes at Martha's Vineyard Coastal Observatory
Description
This repository documents the tools used to estimate division rates for the assemblage of eukaryotic picophytoplankton at the Martha's Vineyard Coastal Observatory. This work is further described in our manuscript, "Dynamics and functional diversity of the smallest phytoplankton on the Northeast U.S. Shelf" (doi: 10.1073/pnas.1918439117).
