  "abstract": "<p>We made an interactive web application with the R packages <em>shiny</em>&nbsp;and <em>socialmixr</em>&nbsp;to access and visualise social contact data from the social contact data sharing initiative (<a href=\"http://www.socialcontactdata.org\">www.socialcontactdata.org</a>).&nbsp;The User Inferface (UI) enables the selection of a country, age categories, type of day, contact duration, intensity and gender. Based on this&nbsp;selection, a&nbsp;social contact matrix is plotted and&nbsp;principal results of the social contact analysis are printed, such as the&nbsp;relative incidence.</p>\n\n<p>We included&nbsp;reactive strategies such as school closure and&nbsp;telework to analyse the impact on the relative incidence and R0.&nbsp;All results can be downloaded as RData&nbsp;file.&nbsp;Note that we will continue to develop this tool so&nbsp;the output/plots/scenarios might change in future editions.</p>\n\n<p>More info and a case study for Covid19,&nbsp;is provided at&nbsp;<a href=\"https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.03.03.20030627\u00a0\">https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.03.03.20030627&nbsp;</a></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>",
