  <dc:description>ICY software batch protocol for automatic cell fluorescence measurement in cell culture images.

The automatically identify the cell from the background using an HK-means approach and measure both area and intensity inside each cells before saving it into an excel sheet for analysis.

This protocol was used for the potassium intensity measurement in cells under fluorescence binocular.
