The presence of electrically continuous ion atmosphere, which consist from hydrogen-containing functional groups with different spin-spin relaxation times of hydrogen nuclei 1H was revealed. An original method of investigation of electrical properties of nanoparticles and surrounding ionic atmosphere based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was suggested.</p>",
