    <dct:description>&lt;p&gt;Abstract: Economic systemic change is required to move past the environmental crisis. But what does changing the economic system actually mean and look like? Viewed through an effective altruism&amp;nbsp;lens, what needs to change and how might effective altruists&amp;nbsp;contribute to such change? This talk&amp;nbsp;will review employed, planned, and theorized, approaches to tackling climate and environmental degradation crises.
