    <dct:description>&lt;p&gt;Mittels moderner Technologien wie Smartphones k&amp;ouml;nnen gro&amp;szlig;e Mengen an Daten&lt;br&gt; kontinuierlich &amp;uuml;ber einen l&amp;auml;ngeren Zeitraum, objektiv und ohne aktives Zutun der&lt;br&gt; Nutzer im allt&amp;auml;glichen Leben erhoben werden. Zur fr&amp;uuml;hen Diagnosestellung des&lt;br&gt; idiopathischen Parkinsonsyndroms als langsam progrediente, chronische&lt;br&gt; Erkrankung mit einschleichendem Auftreten motorischer sowie nicht-motorischer&lt;br&gt; Symptome ist dies ideal. Eine fr&amp;uuml;here Diagnosestellung ist eine Grundvoraussetzung&lt;br&gt; zur Entwicklung neuromodulatorischer Therapien.&lt;br&gt; Das iPrognosis-Konsortium (11 Organisationen mit drei medizinischen Zentren&lt;br&gt; aus 6 EU-L&amp;auml;ndern) entwickelt eine Android Smartphone App zur Erfassung von&lt;br&gt; Verhalten und Verhaltens&amp;auml;nderungen im Umgang mit dem Smartphone, welche&lt;br&gt; Ausdruck motorischer und nicht-motorischer Symptome der Parkinsonerkrankung&lt;br&gt; sein k&amp;ouml;nnen.&lt;/p&gt;</dct:description>
