Data collection, sharing, feedback and corrections:Information was initially collected in 2016 for Knowledge Exchange and the Dutch Library Consortium (UKB) and publicly shared in 2017; more information will continue to be added. The spreadsheet is open to corrections, additions and remarks from anyone. Use the comments function or approach the creator via twitter or email.
