Іssues on Information-Analytical Support of the National Police of Ukraine under Reforms

The article is devoted to the issues of information and analytical support of the National Police of Ukraine in the conditions of reforms. Attention is drawn to the fact that the practical implementation of measures to modernize the information and analytical support of the National Police bodies should be oriented towards the formation of a single information and legal environment within the framework of the police law enforcement model.
Reforms in the National Police require adequate and timely information and analytical support for the activities of its bodies and units. In the context of intensive informatization of all aspects of society, the formation of a global information network increases requirements to the level of information support of the system of bodies of the National Police.
Therefore, the tasks of the system of information and analytical support in the bodies of the National Police are: ensuring the possibility of prompt receipt of information in a complete, systematic and easy to use form of the state of public relations and processes related to the provision of public order and security, protection and protection of rights and freedoms human, counteracting crime; gathering and processing of analytical, statistical, control and other information for assessing the state of the operational situation in the country, the level of crime and offenses; ensuring effective information interaction between the central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on implementation of state policy measures in the sphere of internal affairs; security of information.
Information and analytical support of the National Police should be understood as a set of technologies, methods and means of collecting and processing information that characterizes the object of managerial influence (public relations and processes in the field of ensuring public order and security, protection and protection of human rights and freedoms, combating crime ), specific techniques for their diagnosis and analysis, as well as forecasting and evaluating the consequences of making different management decisions.
