This is the beta release v3.0.0-beta-20200124 of the Connectome Mapper.
List of changes with respect to previous 3.0.0-beta-20191021:
- DOC: removed typo
- DOC: added changes.rst to TOC in index.rst
- FIX: get current directory works now on MAC
- DOC: added list of version change summary
- MAINT: updated version and current year
- MAINT: updated annot files for a new symmetric version of the multi-scale parcellation
- ENH: cubic-spline detrending for fMRI pipeline
- FIX: the matrix saved as quadratic detrended was indeed wrong
