Total_lane = no of lanes in a particular link
Max_speed (km/hr) = Maximum speed allowed on a link expressed in kilometers travelled per hour
pedestrians, = Mode restriction on a link expressed as a dummy (1/0)
bicycles_a, = Mode restriction on a link expressed as a dummy (1/0)
buses_allow = Mode restriction on a link expressed as a dummy (1/0)
cars_allow = Mode restriction on a link expressed as a dummy (1/0)
